Mini/Micro Environments

Liberty Mini-micro environments isolate areas from various contamination sources and include the volume surrounding equipment and the space from ceiling to floor. A Mini-micro environment encompasses a much smaller area around the process allowing a small volume and proper airflow; totally removing worker contamination from the process. To achieve the desired cleanliness levels, usually Class 1 (ISO 3) or better, and to maintain these levels, requires skills not easily found in most "cleanroom manufacturers". Gaseous ambients such as nitrogen or argon are also allowed.

An Isolator which is Class 10 (ISO 4) or better (operational) is achieved and maintained by incorporating a laminar flow design used in today's most advanced cleanrooms. This integrates raised-floor laminar flow technology with complete work area filter coverage. Particles generated in the work area are continuously washed away by the unidirectional downward airflow, and are drawn out by the negative pressure under the work tray. The integrity of the work area is further protected by the laminar flow airlock, which maintains a complete barrier even while bringing in and taking out materials and products.

The design of the VFCS (Vertical Flow Component System) - which includes frame, MAX 8005 Series, lights and vinyl curtain sets up fast on your site without the need for special tools. The curtain which is 40 mil. vinyl extends downward to within 6" of the floor. This curtain acts as an air containment device to assure Class 100 (ISO 5) air flowing down and over the critical work area. Lighting will supply 100-125 FTC over the work surface at a height of 30' from the floor.

The unit is the quickest cleanroom to install on the market today! The rooms are expandable by 4 foot increments. Lengths are established by the number of panels that you connect, panel sizes are 4 foot wide. Standard roof panel sizes are 4', 8', 12' by 4' wide.
