larger image 		The 1010 series utilizes the cross flow principle to minimize air-borne contamination while maximizing personnel protection. Air is drawn into the plenum on one side, filtered to remove particles and discharged horizontally across the work surface, taking with it all air-borne contamination generated within the work area. This prevents cross-migration of particles from one ambient area to another. Air is once again drawn into the exhausting plenum and filtered through high-efficiency particulate air filters and dispersed into the ambient area completely dust free. The 1010 series can easily be converted into a complete operator-protected bench by incorporating acrylic front panels with armports.
